2008 Quality Fair
From Strategy to Change |

The Department of Environmental Health and Safety (DEHS) developed a Strategic Plan during 2006 and 2007. Fully 40% of staff participated in writing the plan. The remaining challenge is engaging the entire department in Strategic implementation. In order to do this, DEHS has initiated a communication and implementation plan so that the Strategy remains visible, understandable, and achievable. Broad staff participation in developing processes and programs will move Strategy to Change.
