Storm Water Management
The University of Minnesota is committed to protecting water quality on all University properties. The Department of Environmental Health and Safety (DEHS) manages the University's Storm Water Management Program to ensure that water running through our lands does not adversely impact the environment.
The University of Minnesota Twin Cities submitted its application, SWPPP and associated Best Management Practices (BMPs) to the MPCA on June, 1, 2006. This permit application will be open for formal public comment sometime in 2007. Please review and make comments at any time to:
